These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Drively.ge and your purchase or use of products and services provided by Drively.ge.
By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and any applicable mandatory consumer rights under Georgian law.

Drively.ge is operated by:
შპს სპ97
Identification No.: 4054372

2. What Drively Provides
Drively provides independent online educational materials designed to help customers prepare for the Georgian driving-theory examination.
Courses may include, depending on the purchased product:
- PDF materials;
- Audio explanations;
- Video materials;
- Question and ticket-related materials;
- Study instructions and strategies;
- Additional educational materials;
- Customer support.
The exact contents of each course are determined by its product description at the time of purchase.
3. Independent Service
Drively.ge is an independent private educational service.
Drively is not affiliated with, operated by, endorsed by, or officially sponsored by the Government of Georgia or the authority responsible for conducting driving examinations.
Drively may use or reference publicly available official examination materials and information for educational purposes. The purpose of the service is to help customers prepare for the examination, not to replicate, control, manipulate, or influence the official examination.
4. Purchases and Prices
Prices displayed on the website apply to the relevant product at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Drively does not intentionally add hidden mandatory charges after purchase. Any applicable charges required to complete an order will be presented during the purchasing process.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchases are one-time payments and do not create an automatic subscription.
5. Digital Delivery
Courses are delivered digitally.
Depending on the product and delivery method, access may be provided through the website, email, Google Drive, messaging services, or another appropriate digital method.
Drively may use reasonable technical access controls to protect course materials.
6. Lifetime Access
Where a product is advertised as providing lifetime access, this means access for the practical lifetime of the relevant Drively course/service while Drively continues to operate and provide that service.
Lifetime access does not guarantee that every individual file, platform, technical method, third-party service, or format will remain unchanged forever.
Where reasonably possible, Drively will seek to provide an equivalent or improved method of access if a technical delivery method changes.
7. Customer Use of Materials
Customers may use purchased course materials for their own educational and personal study purposes.
Customers may view, study from, and use the materials in a reasonable manner for their intended educational purpose.
Nothing in these Terms authorizes:
- Unauthorized resale of the course;
- Commercial redistribution of the materials;
- Public uploading of protected course materials;
- Creation of a competing commercial product using Drively's protected materials;
- Circumvention of technical access restrictions;
- Unauthorized copying or distribution where prohibited by applicable law or the relevant delivery system.
Certain materials may be delivered through systems such as Google Drive using viewing or other access restrictions. Customers must comply with the applicable technical rules of those systems.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Drively's original course structure, explanations, written materials, audio, video, graphics, branding, website content, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing a course gives the customer the right to use the course for its intended educational purpose. It does not transfer ownership of Drively's intellectual property.
9. Customer Support
Drively aims to provide practical and personal assistance before, during, and after the examination.
Support may include explanations, guidance, technical assistance, and help with course-related questions.
The availability, response time, and communication channel may vary depending on circumstances and the nature of the request.
10. Course Improvements
Drively may correct, improve, expand, redesign, or otherwise modify course materials.
Where a customer identifies a genuine issue, unclear section, mistake, or difficulty using the course, Drively may provide additional assistance or modify the relevant material where appropriate.
This does not create an obligation to make every requested change.
11. Exam Results
Drively provides preparation materials and educational assistance.
Drively does not guarantee that a customer will pass any official examination.
The customer remains responsible for their own preparation, examination booking, attendance, documents, conduct, and performance.
12. Official Examination
The official driving examination is administered independently of Drively.
Exam rules, procedures, question banks, fees, locations, schedules, and other official requirements may change independently of Drively.
Customers should verify current official requirements with the relevant Georgian authority before attending an examination.
13. Accuracy and Updates
Drively makes reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate educational materials.
However, laws, regulations, examination procedures, translations, question banks, and other official information may change.
Drively may update relevant materials when appropriate, but customers should not assume that every course component will be updated immediately after every external change.
14. User Accounts and Security
Where an account or restricted access is provided, customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information and for preventing unauthorized access.
Customers must notify Drively if they reasonably believe that their account or course access has been compromised.
15. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not use Drively or its website for unlawful purposes, fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, harassment, interference with the website, or activities that materially harm Drively or other users.
16. Third-Party Services
Drively may rely on third-party platforms and services, including payment providers, Shopify, storage providers, communication services, and other technical providers.
Drively is not responsible for independent failures, changes, outages, or policies of third-party services, although we will make reasonable efforts to help customers resolve access problems where possible.
17. Refunds and Consumer Rights
Refunds are governed by Drively's Refund & Consumer Rights Policy and applicable Georgian law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict a consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
18. Website Availability
We aim to keep drively.ge available and functional, but continuous or uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
We may temporarily suspend or modify parts of the website for maintenance, security, technical reasons, or improvements.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Drively shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or educational materials.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under Georgian law.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our services, business structure, or legal requirements change.
The current version will be published on drively.ge.
